Writer’s block?

Well, NaNoWriMo is, I think it would be fair to say, not going so well. By my word count today is only the 3rd November. Oh. Dear. Me.
However, I have written 2 whole chapters of a novel, which is more of a novel than I’ve ever written before. So I guess things could also be worse. And I was heartened to read that Erin Morgenstern started The Night Circus on NaNoWriMo and it took her 3 years to finish it.
So I guess I’ll just keep on keeping on but I’m pretty certain this is one race that the tortoise ain’t gonna win!
